Executive view & risk-evolution chart

Added
  • New Executive role for board / COMEX / DG / DAF — read-only seat with no settings access, granted the dedicated `executive.view` capability
  • Executive dashboard at /dashboard/executive with five tabs (Overview, Risks & incidents, Compliance, Resilience, Third parties) and a single posture score ring
  • Risk-evolution diverging bar chart (rolling 12 months, new vs closed, critical-open overlay) on the Risks & incidents tab, with companion `Worsening / Improving / Regulatory incidents` cards
  • Sidebar gains a labelled `Views` section to host aggregated, read-only surfaces

Chat copilot polish, attachments and MCP server
